Project Manager
SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is in search of a Project Manager. This role will lead and oversee the development of a climate adaption planning rubric and planning process on behalf of the National Parks Service.
This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Pilot Asset Classification Rubric Development, Application, and Implementation. The Project Manager will play a key role in leading the development of portfolio level coastal adaptation strategies for infrastructure that will serve as actionable roadmaps to guide short- and long-term adaptation actions to transition to future conditions at each park unit.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares Monthly progress reports and deliverables to the customer
- Act as primary point of contact for COR and National Park Service staff
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and other SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental personnel assigned to the project and oversee the schedule, workplan, and deliverable
- Develop a project management plan and lead and coordinate work while organizing and monitoring work streams across multiple staff and teams
- Facilitate meetings, calls and workshops, both in-person and virtual space based on the NDAA. This will include space, infrastructure and furniture modification.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Decision Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban/Regional Planning, or related field required.
- 5 years of related experience.
