Program Manager
Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking Program Manager support for a new client at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This will be a hybrid position, at least twice a week on site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
The Program Manager will provide information to the government based on contractor personnel tasking, approach, accomplishments, situational analysis, after action reviews, mitigation strategies and corrective actions. Providing monthly Cost Reports with detailed burn down statistics of the entire team both induvial and overarching. Tasks and expected skills include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the Government
- Ensuring contractor personnel are meeting government expectations.
- Corrective action upon expressed customer dissatisfaction.
- Accurate articulation of government expectations to contractor team
- Accurate and detailed articulation of contractor personnel work and accomplishments to government personnel
- Articulates accountability of contractor team to government personnel
- Coordinates and communicates time, availability and schedule of contracted team to government personnel.
- Succinct articulation of situations, activities, causes and outcomes.
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and determine if escalation involvement is necessary.
- Plans, coordinates and directs the administrative, program control and technical personnel activities involved in providing services to fulfill the contract requirements.
- Oversees the execution of the complete software life-cycle for military systems
- Ensures compliance with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods for the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
- Manages and controls schedules, cost and personnel to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
- Directs operations and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
- Resolves technical and administrative problems
- Acts as a role model for subordinate employees, providing workforce motivation and constructive criticism.
- Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto
- Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline + 5 years of relevant experience all within the last 5 years.
- Five (5) additional years of applicable experience with appropriate certifications/relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. Experience and comfortability with Agile best practices
- PMP
- Experience managing a large portfolio of projects and a large number of resources including matrix support
- Able to lead a team by identifying the work required and appropriately delegating tasks to team members.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
