Jr. Financial Program Support
TSI is looking for a skilled professional to fill a junior financial program role to provide accounting support services to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Financial Management (OFM).
Responsibilities:
• Plans, organizes, conducts, participates in, establishes, and maintains business processes that contribute to effective management control over program operations.
• Implements, reviews, evaluates, and conducts transactions related to the formulation, preparation, execution, and submission aspects of the financial management process.
Additional knowledge and skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Teams, Access, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to conduct analysis.
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize work and exercise sound judgment and initiative.
• Ability to gather facts and develop clear analyses to arrive at sound conclusions.
• Prepares financial products and/or reports.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
Required Experience:
• Six months to two years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or financial reporting.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. An active Public Trust clearance is a plus.
Work Location:
Remote, but will be required to support either Eastern Standard or Central Standard Daylight Saving Time hours.
This position is contingent on contract award.
