Enterprise Process Management Business Analyst
Eagle Integrated Services is searching for a Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Process Management (EPM) Division and the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves providing comprehensive support to key EPM and PMO personnel in the execution of strategic transformation initiatives, performance improvement projects, and various administrative tasks. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in assisting with program support, data analysis, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing plans.
- Support updating and creating tools, templates, and documentation.
CPI Program Management Office Support:
- Assist in building CPI capabilities and supporting the Enterprise CPI Certification Board.
- Provide support in developing training, guidance, and templates.
Enterprise Process Management Program Support:
- Aid in standardizing and optimizing business processes.
- Help identify inefficiencies and integrate risk management into processes.
Agreements and AMR Program Support:
- Provide support in developing and automating program tools.
- Collect and analyze data, metrics, and information from tools.
CPI Administration and CAPER Support:
- Assist with data pulls and administrative tasks within CAPER.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit MSRs and WARs.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, communication, and document management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field..
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
- At least three years of experience consulting, advising, and working with federal government customers.
- Proven ability to secure a CAC and DLA systems access on the first day of work.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in business process improvement and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Clearance Requirement
- The candidate must possess a current Secret clearance and be able to maintain it throughout employment.
