Digital Content Marketing Specialist opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Digital Content Marketing Specialist position. The Digital Content Specialist is someone passionate about marketing and storytelling about our caretakers, their impact on our community, about our patients, and the benevolent work we get to do every day!
This person has strong writing, graphic design, and social media skills, as well as Google My Business experience, and savviness for digital applications to help build and maintain our providers presence on web, social, and internal platforms. They can track metrics and pivot campaigns quickly based on those results. This person has strong communication skills, attention to detail and deadlines, and enjoys a dynamic workday that can change on a whim! The Digital Content Specialist is happy to own the work they do, will speak up if they feel a campaign should take a different direction, and wants their great ideas utilized.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and is part of the Marketing team, as well as working autonomously. The Digital Content Specialist will liaise with a variety of professionals (internal and external). This is someone who likes to get things done, wants to work in a fast-paced department, likes interacting with a variety of medical professionals, enjoys writing sparkling copy that entertains and inspires the masses, all for our amazing care organization in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: A four-year degree is preferred or a two-year degree with concentration in marketing, digital marketing, graphics, and/or communications or similar professional experience.
- Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proven self-starter who takes ownership and works well both autonomously and as a team, as well as working effectively with a varied team of professionals (internal and external). Has the ability to take input and direction, but also brings ideas and suggestions to the table. Must be detail oriented, organized, have strong editorial/proof reading skills and be deadline driven. Strong creative writing and design skills. Proficient with programs and tools like the Adobe creative suite. Proficient in working with traditional media, digital, and video files. Knowledge of organic and paid digital marketing.
