Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing

With over 20 communities and growing across Connecticut, Benchmark Senior Living is searching for caring, compassionate Registered Nurses that are seeking leadership opportunities. 

We currently have the following positions available:

• Resident Care Director / Director of Nursing
• Nurse Designee / Assistant Director or Nursing

As a key member of our resident care team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our resident care services, ensuring that all residents receive individualized care that promotes their health, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with residents, their families, and our nursing team to develop personalized care plans, train staff, and create a warm and supportive environment. 

Requirements

• Being a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting; Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice setting experience a plus 
• Knowledge of Dementia care a plus
