HHA-Home Health Aide

Benchmark at Rye is looking for compassionate HHA-Home Health Aides to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time & Part Time

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rate: $20-21.25++ Shift Differentials for Nights and Weekends!

Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. 
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. 
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. 
• Other duties as needed.
• Don't have your PCA we will pay for your online course and you can complete that while being paid.

Requirements: 

• Valid LNA license required or your PCA certificate.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
