We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily routines and procedures of your department. You will focus on learning how the organization runs and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by your manager.
 

What you will do:

• Vulnerability Management
• Application Administration
• Application Maintenance
• Ticket Queue Management Perform other tasks as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree or matriculating status from four-year college or university focused in general business, information assurance or cyber security preferably
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or anomalies that could indicate security threats.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in monitoring systems and logs to detect potential security issues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve security incidents effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to report findings and collaborate with team members.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and security protocols.
• Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of ethics and integrity, especially when handling sensitive information.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to collective goals.
• Curiosity and Initiative: Eagerness to learn more about cybersecurity and stay updated with the latest trends and threats.
