Job Overview:

The Content Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of materials for the Web Creative Content department. This entails obtaining and distributing content; coordinating with writing, design, and publishing teams to keep projects on track; and monitoring project status to ensure content is delivered on schedule. The Content Coordinator will monitor all steps in a project (e.g. articles, podcast, videos) as well as collect metrics when requested.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Enter and track projects using workflow software
  • Update and monitor deadlines
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams for project assignments
  • Collect and analyze data for the website (e.g. Google Analytics)

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • As assigned by Manager.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • An understanding of workflow systems (e.g. JIRA)
  • Experience with blogging tools (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Excel skills.

 

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • BA in Communications, Business Manager or commensurate experience.
