Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor creates a positive, safe, and clean working environment where employees are valued, while promoting continuous improvement of performance within the quality department. Identifies and plans training needs to ensure the professional growth of the employees and to promote continuous education. Monitors and logs internal/external quality data as it relates to quality performance. Proactive in improving processes and systems within the department. 

What You'll Do: 

• Supervise department personnel that includes inspectors, calibration, an other Quality personnel to support daily shipping requirements established through the ERP system
• Ensures department personnel training is completed and current to the latest revision
• Records and reports first pass yield data (FPY)
• Maintains nonconforming material report log (NCMR) and associated documentation
• Oversees general housekeeping to provide an organized and safe working environment

What You'll Need:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as have a basic Knowledge of GD&T, and Inspection methods
• Two to five years of experience in a related field preferred but not required.
• An understanding of quality standards (ISO-13485) & regulatory requirements (21CFR820)
• Possess effective communication skills and interact in a professional courteous manner with all co-workers
