We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Greenwood, IN facility on a 1st shift schedule. You will be responsible for inspecting received material, work-in-progress and finished products to ensure conformance with work order specifications.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect and determine compliance with raw materials and in-process components to predetermined company specifications
  • Inspect first article to ensure conformance to work order requirements
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures
  • Complete inspection records and checklists and document all instances of rejected product or material problems

What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers
  • Data management experience
  • Operates a forklift upon completion of proper training and certification
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
