Commercial Account Manager

As a Commercial Account Manager at Lawn Squad, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, build long lasting customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions for our clients. This position involves conducting onsite proposals for our commercial lawn business, ensuring a personalized and professional approach to understanding their needs. You will also focus on growing our commercial business by targeting and acquiring new accounts in this sector.
Requirements:
- Execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales budget.
- Attend and facilitate weekly meetings with branch team members.
- Coordinate site visits with branch management monthly.
- Collaborative planning with branch commercial team for scheduling/routing of commercial clients.
- The Commercial Account Manager will collaborate with the commercial administrator on all weekly past due accounts and facilitate a bi-weekly meeting to keep branch management informed.
- Drive the expansion of our commercial client base, targeting businesses, property managers, and other large-scale opportunities.
- The Commercial Account Manager will seek out and use current local groups that are cost effective and promote networking opportunities and referrals.
- The Commercial Account Manager will be the champion of the sales handoff process so that the operations team will provide a seamless service delivery.
- The Commercial Account Manager will have a yearly goal to renew 90+% of the commercial business.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in lawn or landscaping is desired but will train the right candidate.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with excel and mapping software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
