We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Marketing Manager. The ideal individual is a well-rounded marketing professional who is ready to take on management of content creation and lead generation at a growing software-as-a-service business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation
    • Work with Successware leadership to allocate program spend to lead generation channels.
    • Interface with lead gen channels to run campaigns and programs
    • Attend tradeshows as appropriate
    • Monitor and report on lead gen results while staying within overall budget
    • Refine lead gen program continuously to optimize results
  • Content creation/management
    • Act as curator of Successware marketing content
    • Manage content creation channels (e.g., contract writers)
    • Contribute directly to content generation as required
  • Brand advocacy
    • Act as guardian of Successware branding guidelines by monitoring/enforcing in areas of brand presence
  • Personal characteristics
    • Hands-on contributor
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to work independently and with teams
    • Possesses strong oral and written communications skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferable
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in business-to-business
  • Knowledge of Marketing systems (e.g., Hubspot, Google AdWords)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of the home services industry a plus
