Private Seller Concierge works directly with property sellers, providing support and assistance in selling through the Auction.com platform. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented with exceptional customer service skills. Candidates must be reliable, resourceful, open to new ideas, and capable of finding solutions to support the customer's best-selling outcomes.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Handle all inbound and outbound leads and conduct follow-up calls.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell services
- Discuss our program options for real estate, marketing and sales with sellers, and overcome objections
- Build relationships with sellers and real estate agents from initial contact through successful transactions and beyond.
- Cultivate a trusting relationship that provides value to the seller and identifies positive sale outcomes.
- Provide consultative sales support to deliver the best customer experience.
- Set up appointments with prospective sellers and follow up on appointment outcomes.
- Maintain excellent relationships with sellers via phone and email.
- Manage a pipeline of sellers at various stages of the selling process.
- Ensure each listing has accurate property photos and details, and review for correctness.
- Document learnings and regularly share insights with the team and leaders; actively contribute to team initiatives and shared goals; support teammates through peer mentorship and feedback.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and preserve the company's reputation.
- Attend regular staff meetings to understand micro and macro sales economics.
- Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers are meeting process-level SLAs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent presentation and customer-centric skills.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and customers.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism.
- Real Estate knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate market trends.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Must be able to collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Licensed Real Estate Professional preferred, with option to obtain license concurrent with employment
- Experience with auctions or real estate transactions.
- Basic understanding of foreclosure real estate.
- Auction experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle the pressure of working with a high volume of the general public.
- Completion of a background investigation in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Availability for work schedules Monday – Friday, and Saturdays (8:30 am to 9 pm EST Mon-Fri., 9 am to 1 pm EST on Saturdays).
