JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Director of HR People Operations to lead and implement key people strategies across total rewards, HRIS, benefits management, compliance, and people analytics. This role will be responsible for designing and executing programs that attract, retain, and support top talent, ensuring alignment with our company culture and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience and a proven ability to drive initiatives by leveraging data insights to inform decisions, while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Rewards:

Develop and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation benchmarking.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
HRIS Management:

Optimize HR systems to enhance workflows and deliver actionable insights.

Oversee data management, system security, and user training.
Benefits Administration:

Manage health, retirement, and wellness programs to align with employee needs.

Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with laws (e.g., ACA, COBRA).

Provide benefits education and support to employees.
Policies & Compliance:

Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies that align with legal requirements and best practices.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance and policy effectiveness.
Data & Analytics:

Use metrics to track trends in turnover, engagement, and performance.

Leverage insights to inform talent strategies and enhance retention.
Leadership & Collaboration:

Manage cross-functional HR projects, including process improvements and system enhancements.

Partner with leadership and teams across HR, Finance, and Legal.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on total rewards, HRIS, benefits, and people analytics.

Proven track record of managing HR projects and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Expertise in compensation strategy, benefits design, and HRIS implementation and optimization.

Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues

Proficiency in HR best practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Experience in change management, project management, and process optimization.
