We are seeking a HR Operations & Benefits Analyst II to help us elevate our HR processes and drive operational excellence. This role is an opportunity to have ownership over critical HR operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and technology solutions. What You’ll Do:
HR Operations Process Ownership:
You will take the lead in designing, documenting, and implementing efficient HR operations processes—from onboarding and offboarding to benefits integration and compliance. You'll ensure a seamless experience for employees and collaborate with teams to continuously optimize our workflows.
Peripheral Systems Management:
Support and manage the systems that enhance the employee experience, including our recognition platform, benefits administration, and more. You’ll work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and optimize performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our employees.
HRIS Administration & Reporting:
As a key contributor to our HRIS, you’ll manage user access, provide system support, and generate insightful reports to drive data-driven decisions. Your ability to analyze, streamline, and maintain data integrity will be critical to our success.
Employee & Benefits Support:
From benefits open enrollment to wellness initiatives, you’ll play an essential role in shaping how we engage with our employees and improve their experience. You’ll help create communications and strategies that resonate with our team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles in a multi-state organization.
- Skills: Expertise in HR systems such as Dayforce, Motivosity, Glint, and others. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
- Culture Fit: Passionate about HR and technology, with a results-driven mindset and a collaborative spirit. We value integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
