Job Coach (Part Time)

Exciting Opportunity as a Job Coach!

As a Job Coach, you'll support clients in workplaces and communities by providing hands-on coaching, job development to help them thrive. This role involves working directly with clients both one-on-one and in small groups. Mileage reimbursement is included.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach clients at their workplaces, assess their skills, and determine needed support.
• Build strong relationships with employers to advocate for accommodations and natural supports.
• Model effective job performance and resolve workplace challenges.
• Assist with job development activities like resume writing, job searches, and applications.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate regularly with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience with individuals with disabilities, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work from home.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree, DDA training experience.
• Familiarity with CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Microsoft Office Suite, and online platforms like Zoom.
• Sensitivity to individuals with diverse abilities, religious, and cultural backgrounds.

Hourly Rate : $20.00/hr.
