Marketing Manager
The Associated and our network of agencies are dedicated to supporting both the Jewish and broader communities in Baltimore and beyond. Through a wide range of initiatives, we improve lives and build connections. Our Marketing team has a rare opening for a Marketing Manager where you can contribute to a meaningful mission, and be part of a team that’s collaborative, innovative, supportive and more…we’d love to meet you. This is a hybrid position working at our Baltimore office.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Relations & Account Management: Serve as the go-to person for assigned client accounts and projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. Understand their marketing needs and providing strategic guidance on branding, messaging, and creative solutions.
- Content Creation & Brand Management: Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials (from print to digital to multimedia) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with our mission. Manage content creation for brochures, press releases, web content, email campaigns and more.
- Event Marketing & Coordination: Lead the planning, promotion and execution of events. Develop promotional materials, engage with volunteer leaders and ensure each event runs smoothly for a memorable experience.
- Campaign Monitoring & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, digital innovations and best practices, proactively integrating new ideas into our marketing efforts.
Who we’re looking for:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in marketing, advertising, or account management, with a strong preference for non-profit or agency experience.
- Core Skills:
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and staying organized.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating persuasive messaging.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and analytics.
- Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of Jewish culture and community is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $73,000-$77,000; commensurate with experience.
