We are seeking a DevOps Manager to provide support for the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps-driven Salesforce CRM projects, with strong skills in automation, scripting, and containerization. This role requires managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system scalability, and integrating cloud services related to Salesforce CRM. You will be responsible for optimizing system performance and ensuring the reliability of the CRM solution across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the DevOps processes for the 2026 Census Test Salesforce CRM solution, ensuring continuous delivery and system reliability.• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and Argo.• Utilize container orchestration services like Kubernetes and Docker to enhance system scalability and performance.• Write scripts using Python, GoLang, or similar languages to automate system operations and processes.• Oversee network technologies such as DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, and HTTP to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM solution.• Support use of cloud services on the Salesforce CRM platform• Debug and troubleshoot issues in high-scale distributed systems to ensure continuous availability and performance.• Implement system monitoring, logging, and incident management practices to ensure system health. 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Salesforce CRM projects.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or Ruby, and with containers and orchestration services like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and Argo.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, including DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
  • Experience working with cloud services on the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Excellent debugging skills and experience operating high-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience perfection in automation skills when using languages like Python or GoLang.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

This position is offering a pay range of $129,000 - $190,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and factors permitted by law.
