ASRC Federal requires a highly motivated On-Call Site Operations Operator to support the ASTROS Contract. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.
Key Role:
- Provide support, as needed, to the Site Operations Control Center (SOCC)
- Collaborate with Test Areas to gather scheduling information, contributing to updates of the AFRL Master Schedule, enhancing project coordination.
- Track Work Site Schedules and against planned facility projects and report status to customer leadership and contract supervision.
- Track and manage multiple databases, delivering valuable analytical data to support customer decision-making.
- Gain access, support and update all AFRL Test and Work facility information.
- Maintain current facility status information. What facilities are in use and also not currently occupied.
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Be able to operate the AFRL SOCC as the primary operator, ensuring seamless facility management.
- Provide immediate support to the SOCC during emergency operations.
- Multitask effectively and remain composed during high-pressure situations, ensuring swift and coordinated response to critical incidents.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or related field
- BA Degree
- Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements.
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in managing project finance.
