ASRC Gulf States Constructors is seeking a Geo Base Coordinator to support environmental compliance activities under the Sheppard Air Force Base contract in Wichita Falls, Texas
Requirements:
- Must have at least two (2) years’ experience with Environmental Science Research Institute (ESRI) suite of software.
- Working knowledge of the current DoD Spatial Data Standard for Facility Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE)
- High School diploma
- Previous military or contractor Geospatial experience desirable.
Job Description:
- Manage, collect, maintain, analyze, and display geo-referenced data to support the installation mission.
- Creation and management of critical geo-referenced information through modern mapping processes.
- Provide geospatial data service that can be simultaneously accessed and exploited on existing networks and any future platforms.
- Support Information Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) objectives to attain and sustain one standard geospatial infrastructure and provide a Common Installation Picture (CIP).
- Management of current information resource and ensure it meets latest SDSFIE requirements.
- Ensure data is available and can be delivered in electronic format.
- Provide paper maps upon request.
- Provide both horizontal and vertical location of all known utilities.
- Provide flow line and manhole top elevations of all pipeline systems.
- Assess condition of all existing utility systems for possible replacement or upgrade.
Pay Rate: $32.13
