ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support infrastructure sustainment activities on the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  KEOS is a base maintenance/operations support-type contract, also known as BMC or BOS.

Job Summary:

The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for analyzing work task data in the government system of record regarding facility and infrastructure maintenance and repair. This position provides administrative support and facilitates the communication and sharing of data amongst internal management and government customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle exceptions that occur when loading data to Government IT/Data systems.
  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure all work deliverables are free of errors.
  • Generate detailed reports summarizing data at various stages of processing.
  • Create and extract content from shops and current IT Systems.
  • Create weekly power point slides in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Provide weekly reports to identify and pull-out key details exported from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) NexGenIT to Operations Management.
  • Revise documentation to ensure it reflects continually evolving technology and processes.
  • Use programming knowledge to efficiently manipulate load files and large quantities of data.
  • Devise solutions for satisfying client specifications for deliverables that are not natively supported by the company’s applications.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree required in a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an operations work management environment related to construction management software, project closeout procedures, preventative maintenance, construction, and repair terminology and processes.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 software suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro; additionally, must have at least two years’ experience in using Excel in data management, creating clear and concise tables and charts, and importing and exporting data to other software among other related skills.
  • Have familiarity with advanced text editor features and an understanding of text encodings.
  • Employ excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail to accurately execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Be able to take initiative and work independently without direct supervision.  
  • Be a critical thinker and possess an eye for detail and the discipline to adhere to complex documented technical procedures.
  • Possess an interest in continuous learning to employ new programming and software with a focus on creating more efficient solutions to repetitive tasks.
  • Must have proficient English oral and written communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness to employees, management, and customers.  
  • Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.  
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.  
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Degree preferred in business administration or operations management.
  • Three or more years working in a Department of Defense or other government environment; experience and familiarity with Air Force Civil Engineering guidance, rules, and regulations preferred.
