Program Manager/Intel Architect SME
Overview:
Are you an accomplished leader with expertise in intelligence architecture and program management? ASRC Federal is seeking a Program Manager and Senior Intelligence Architect to support the Army Capability Manager – Formations Intelligence (ACM-FI). In this dual role, you will lead a high-performing team and provide advanced intelligence architecture expertise to shape and deliver mission-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Program Manager:
- Develop and execute strategic plans, defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables that align with ACM-FI’s mission goals.
- Supervise a team of eight professionals, ensuring high-quality performance and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee workforce management, including talent acquisition, resource allocation, and professional development, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Manage budgets, monitor travel and personnel assignments, and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout contract execution.
- Act as the primary liaison with ACM-FI leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, addressing concerns, and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Growth and Innovation Support: Leverage intelligence expertise to support business development initiatives, capture efforts, and proposal development, positioning ASRC Federal for continued success in intelligence solutions.
Senior Intelligence Architect:
- Build and maintain relationships with commanders, intelligence leaders, and intelligence systems operators/maintainers at Army intelligence organizations (e.g., E-MIBs, IEW BNs, MICOs) on behalf of ACM-FI.
- Provide technical guidance on management, maintenance, training, and utilization of emerging military intelligence systems and networks.
- Coordinate with Army Futures Command and USAICoE to develop intelligence architecture integrating Programs of Record (POR) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technologies.
- Review and recommend updates to doctrinal publications, force design, and training strategies based on emerging systems and personnel requirements.
- Assist in developing training materials and coordinate Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) for delivering intelligence system training.
- Observe and document the integration of intelligence systems in exercises, experiments, and operations to inform doctrine, force design, and training.
- Collaborate with other Army Capability Managers to develop intelligence system requirements and capabilities to support Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM or Intelligence-related preferred)
- Additional experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree at a rate of 3 years experience for each year of higher level of education
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, but not required
Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in administration, management, troubleshooting, and configuration of intelligence systems as part of a communications architecture
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team of at least 10 including scheduling
- Graduate of advance level professional military education (PME) (e.g. Senior Leader Course, MI Captain Career Course, or Warrant Officer Advanced Course)
- Graduate of the Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) Course or comparable course
- Should include functional assignments at brigade, division, or corps
- Familiarity in capability development, DOTMLPF-P framework, and JCIDS
- Familiarity with IAT and IAM level DOD 8570 Baseline Certifications
- Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner, IAW with published guidelines and formats that include AFC TDP, JCIDS, and AR 25-50
Clearance Requirement
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon start.
