Program Management Specialist

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking an Program Management Specialist to support our contract in Suffolk, VA. 

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in monitoring cost, schedule and technical performance across a diverse portfolio. 
• Preparing project execution plans and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the portfolio segment leads.Will interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resources are aligned to meet requirement, identify and overcome issues, and assess risk and change management needs.
• Coordinate with portfolio leads and other internal resources to pursue an opportunities in accordance with internal processes.
• Assists with overseeing growth pursuits and helps to sell the opportunity internally, as well as presenting solutions to potential customers.  
• Guides portfolio leads, in accordance with leadership direction, to develop capture strategies, analyze market trends that affect a pursuit, and evaluate competitors.

Requirements: 

• Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree or an associate with PMP, and 2-4 years of experience.
• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Other: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office/data automation tools is required.
