Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising
Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Site Merchandising is responsible for curating and optimizing our online store's visual appeal and product presentation. The primary responsibility will be to create an engaging online shopping experience for our customers by strategically merchandising products, optimizing search functionality, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions. This role will manage the site merchandising team to ensure seamless product activations.

Essential Functions of the Position:
- Curate product assortments and collections based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotional initiatives.
- Optimize product categorization, tagging, and descriptions to enhance searchability and discoverability.
- Creation of new site categories and sequence the product pools to optimize the customer experience.
- Manage the promotional calendar and execution to support the sales plan.
- Manage the email marketing content strategy and execution with the CRM and creative teams.
- Optimize On Site search by leveraging analytics and customer behavior.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in online merchandising efforts.
- Communicate merchandising priorities, updates, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the online merchandise team, including the merchandise assistant, online coordinator and copywriter.
- Focus is to ensure product is activated online timely through set up of images and product information in the content management system and execution of promotional strategy.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably apparel.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
