The primary purpose of the Shuttle Driver is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Shuttle Driver will provide convenient, courteous transportation for service clients.
- Greets and welcomes clients in a courteous manner
- Drives clients from the service department to their destination in safe, convenient and comfortable manner
- Drives clients from their point of departure to the service department in a safe, convenient and comfortable manner
- Identifies the service member with whom the client has made an appointment for the client Monitors mileage on the courtesy vehicles
- Ensures proper maintenance on the courtesy vehicles Maintains the courtesy vehicles in a neat and clean condition
- Organizes and implements a schedule for clients' departure or pick-up Communicates with the Cashier
- Monitors traffic reports to expedite transportation for clients
- Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
