Stevinson Toyota West is seeking a service lane manager to join their team. Previous Lexus or Toyota dealership Service experience required, leadership experience beneficial.
Compensation:$100,000-$120,000 annually (wage is comprised of base salary and commission to be determined as part of the pay plan.)
Work Hours: Full Time work schedule.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monitor Service Lane processes to ensure a best in class guest experience.
- Monitor, coach, and train Service Advisors to build up the sales culture in drive.
- Works with the Service manager to forecast goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
- Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, SDS management, etc.
- Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record as a top performer as it relates to CSI/ Customer Satisfaction
- High school diploma or General Education degree (GED) in addition to 2-8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English language required, (Bilingual a plus)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must maintain Toyota factory required certification and testing as released and required from the manufacturer.
- The employee typically works in an office and shop environment and uses a computer, telephone, mobile phone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. Contact with the public in various environments may risk exposure to contagious diseases or contact with domestic animals.

- Must be at least eighteen years of age
