The Team Lead manages your assigned group, works with the managers on training and coaching agents, helps train new sales agents as well as ongoing coaching and training of current agents in phone sales, Internet sales, departmental process and systems. Responsible for lead all inbound internet and phone leads for the team and all follow-up until sold. 

  • Assists in the training and motivation of CDZ agents.
  • Monitoring of work plans and appointments of all CDZ agents.  Ensures all leads are handled properly and no contacted leads go longer than 18hrs without contact unless there is a legitimate reason notated
  • Actively assist with interviews for new potential employees.
  • Constantly monitor agent’s phone calls and correct behaviors. Ensure each rep. is utilizing the outbound and inbound phone scripts.
  • Constantly monitor the CRM for emails and text received and correct behaviors. Ensure agents are using proper email best practices and making proper decisions on their replies.
  • Make sure all agents are following the CDZ Internet and departmental processes.
  • Help train new agents and become experts in the products you’re responsible for.
  • Take over calls as needed. Help with problem customers of CDZ agents.
  • To continually strive to find ways to improve the CDZ.
  • To interact and build rapport with GM and sales managers at the store level.
  • To have continual dialog with the CDZ manager about issues or potential problems.
  • Keep product information up to date. Work with stores to ensure all pricing and product information is up to date.
  • Grade 5 leads (combo of phone & internet) per agent per week
  • Strive to get CDZ sales above 60% of the stores business for internet and phone. Work with agents who have KPI’s below standards
  • Stay in contact with marketing and make sure all ads are received in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all leads and calls are handled professionally and timely.
  • Strives for 75% appointment set ratio on all incoming sales calls
  • Strives for 35% appointment set ratio on all incoming internet leads
  • Ensure 100% follow up of all incoming sales calls and internet leads.
  • Ensure each rep. is utilizing the outbound and inbound phone scripts
  • Perform other administrative tasks as directed by management.
