Sales Advisor wanted at Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick to join their team. We are growing our dealership- new location coming off of I25 next to Lexus of Frederick.
Previous dealership Sales Associate experience preferred.
Compensation: $50k-130k annually (wage is calculated based on commission sales volume achieved)

Summary
Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Responds to Internet customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet Sales.
Essential Duties
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Properly accounts and is responsible for all items related to a vehicle transaction in accordance with the sales person checklist as it relates to dealership policies.
- Utilizes dealership sales control, follow-up, and CRM systems.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system utilizing the CRM tool that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person.
- Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper and current identification, valid insurance information, and customer signature on borrowed vehicle agreement from customer prior to test drive.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect new-vehicle and used-vehicle sales.
- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
- Has a strong understanding of finance and lease benefits for the guest.
- Presents and discusses with guest all approved aftermarket equipment available for customer purchase.
- Properly inspects and prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Performs a proper vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Perform requested lot duties related to seasonal weather requirements.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- A Colorado sales license is required for this position
