Stevinson Toyota West is seeking a General Receptionist/Cashier to join their team.
Previous dealership experience preferred.
Compensation:$16.00-$19.00 based on experience
Work Hours: Full Time schedule

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Greets customers and answers incoming phone calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Cash handling duties.
- Closing repair orders.
- Concierge duties as needed.
- Assists with clerical duties as requested.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous dealership and receptionist experience is helpful.
- English language required, (Bilingual a plus)
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening background and drug
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and coworkers
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug.)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
