Job Summary:

 

The Compliance, Privacy & Clinical Risk Management Systems Program Manager is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the compliance, privacy and risk management workflows, processes, systems and platforms. This role involves ensuring the workflows, processes, systems and platforms support the organization’s compliance, privacy, and risk management activities effectively. The Systems Program Manager will work closely with various departments to optimize the workflows, processes, systems and platforms, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements and enhancements. The Systems Program Manager will support claims and other external reporting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of risk management, compliance, and privacy processes.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the compliance, privacy and risk management workflows/systems/platforms, including user account management, permissions, and access controls.
  • Configure and customize processes/systems/platforms to meet the organization’s specific requirements. This includes workflow design, form creation, report development, and report management.
  • Provide technical platform support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for systems processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within the systems/platforms. Perform regular data audits and clean-up activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, IT, HR and other business units, to understand their needs and ensure the systems/platform supports processes effectively.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into risk, compliance, and privacy activities. Ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and accurate data.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and lead the implementation of new features and functionalities within the systems/platforms.
  • Manage claims submissions to liability carriers and report status.
  • Support external reporting requirements as directed by leadership.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems/platforms administration and management.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process oriented with strong workflow documentation and implementation skills.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems/platform management
  • Liability claims management experience preferred
