Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift - 5pm-5am - Wed Sun
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on production equipment in our manufacturing facility. The technician will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance. This role will partner with engineering in order to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Equipment Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
- Work with electrical systems, including motors, sensors, and control panels, while adhering to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, including air hoses, fittings, valves, solenoids, and actuators.
- Make precise adjustments to machinery to optimize performance and ensure quality production.
- Adjust equipment as necessary to meet operational standards.
- Well versed on the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of Automation equipment
Preventive Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with production and quality staff to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and maintenance needs.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on equipment maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Control Spare parts availability and usage
- MS Office, OneDrive, Excel
Qualifications – Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 0 – 1yr of previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a maintenance position
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time
Knowledge/Skills:
- Good problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
