AULT une compagnie de Alta Equipment Group, est à la recherche d'un Commis aux Pièces Bilingue à temps plein pour notre succursale de Waterloo, QC. Les principales responsabilités du poste consistent à, mais ne sont pas limitées à:
Sommaire des responsabilités:
- Contacter et répondre au client du Québec
- Effectuer des soumissions pour les clients
- Confirmer les prix, les disponibilités et les délais avec les fournisseurs
- Préparer les bons de commande et de travail dans notre système ERP ''Business Central"
- S’assurer que l’inventaire de l’entrepôt est à jour
- Faire des transferts de pièces avec notre succursale en Ontario.
- Générer des rapports opérationnels (mise à jour des références, taux de rotation, etc.)
- Coordonner les pièces avec les équipes de service et d'entrepôt
- Autres tâches jugées nécessaires par le responsable
Compétences recherchées:
- Bilingue français et anglais, écrit et parlé (obligatoire)
- Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires
- Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
- Expérience dans le secteur de la construction (un atout)
- Connaissance du logiciel Business Central (un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Proactif et autonome
