Business Operations Manager
SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the operational needs of the Profit Center by providing day-to-day support and assistance to the Operating Group Leadership. Provides training plans and communication to staff. Creates strategies, procedures, and process improvements for divisional growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in onboarding team new employees calls by scheduling weekly calls and guiding the new hires through training and compliance.
- Coordinates and assigns training of new and existing staff.
- Coordinates continuing education (CE) for licensing when necessary.
- Analyzes operation exception reports and dashboards to manage quality control and work with staff on data integrity, system maintenance, and updates.
- Identifies areas in need of process improvement and work with Operations Leadership to develop the methods and/or tools to improve deliverables.
- Responds to and perform audit of staff to ensure compliance with company process and workflow for Risk Assessment and Marketing Process (RAMP) and best practices.
- Facilitates communication between managers in the region with the service and sales teams and provide regular updates to commonly used practices and procedures.
- Advocates the enhanced use of technology and training where appropriate.
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
- Attends agency management seminars and meetings when required.
- Creates and maintains agent communication and workflow training.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Eight (8) or more years of years related work experience
Must continue to meet C.E.U. requirements for license renewal
Valid Insurance License

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
