Manager, Marketing & Communications
SUMMARY
Prepares Marketing Communications by identifying communications concepts and strategies; selecting media; developing content and graphics; critiquing marketing and sales proposals; communicating special events, product and service updates, new product release, and changes in status; managing staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the coordination and completion of multiple small to large size projects;
- Works with multiple business partners to understand their strategic plans and align on campaign requirements, key performance indicators and growth expectations and establishes a market plan and budget from the feedback.
- Oversees social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Project manages numerous multi-pronged digital marketing campaigns;
- Plans and conducts research to evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications
- Remains highly responsive to and regularly engages with executive leadership and sales teams.
- Ensure brand consistency both internally and externally
- Prepares and manages all communications materials.
- Participates actively in creative brainstorming sessions;
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six (6) or more years of experience in a marketing communications role
Demonstrable experience using customer relationship management systems to deliver
SKILLS
Strong knowledge of implementing and managing marketing strategies
Knowledge of CRM programs, Salesforce preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong writing skills with the ability to write and create content
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively and build strategic relationships with others
