Position Summary:
The Admission Office is seeking an Administration Student Office Assistant. In a typical shift, this role requires data entry skills relating to a web-based CRM and assisting other members of the Admission Data team with every day basic tasks as needed. The Administration Student Office Assistant position is an opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing Albright College and have a sense of initiative, diligence, and organization. Students must have a high attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Ability to sit for one or more hours
2. Perform clerical/data entry work
3. Assist Admission Data office; other tasks as assigned.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Commitment to the Admission Data Office for a minimum of two hours per week
2. Completion of office work
3. Signature of confidentiality agreement and social media contract
4. Completion of other duties as assigned
Work Environment:

The individual is routinely exposed to indoor conditions, minimum outdoor weather and temperature extremes, and moderate noise level.

a. Currently enrolled Albright College student freshman through juniors.
3. Academic and Social Standing
Consideration for the job of Administration Student Office Assistant is competitive. As an Office Assistant, the Admission Data Office expects that you will uphold the values of the College.
