13th Street Educational Partnership Student Tutor Manager

The 13thStreet Educational Partnership program manager will support the outreach efforts of the office by recruiting and managing student tutors and volunteers, as well as assisting with program development, event planning, and public relations.
Essential Job Functions:
- 1. Manage student tutors by updating time-sheets and communicating schedules
- 2. Serve as liaison between students tutors and Reading School District Teacher facilitators
- 3. Publish newsletters, maintain and update social media accounts
- 4. Attend planning meetings for program development
- 5. Plan, organize and attend recruiting events
- 6. Communicate with faculty, staff and partner schools regarding programs and events

Qualifications/Prerequisites:
- COMMUNICATION
- Strong, clearand persuasive communication skills both written and oral
- SKILLS

- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, virtual platforms, and publishing websites
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstratedability to work with school-age and college students, as well as teachers, facultyand staff
- EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with diverse groups of people preferred
