Enrollment Counselor SPS
The Enrollment Counselor for the School of Professional Studies (SPS) works closely with the Vice President of SPS, the Vice President of Enrollment Management, and the Communications and Marketing office to identify, create, and implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies for the programs in the SPS. Utilizing Albright’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other platforms as needed, the recruiter manages the resources and communications utilized to identify, communicate with, and enroll students into both the graduate and undergraduate programs of the SPS. The recruiter is the first point of contact for new students and drives students to apply and ultimately enroll. Using campus resources, the recruiter supplies data as required for inquiry, application, and enrollment reports to the VP of SPS and the VP of Enrollment Management.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and execute a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy plan for the School of Professional Studies.
- Manage the college’s CRM (Customer Relationships Management) system as it relates to the School of Professional Studies.
- Manage communication flow and outreach messaging to prospective adult undergraduate and graduate students.
- Manage and conduct outreach, recruitment, and retention initiatives for the School of Professional Studies including personal communication with potential students and recruiting/onboarding sessions.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and events, which may include evening, weekend, or overnight travel.
- Create and manage predictive enrollment management reports for the School of Professional Studies.
- Together with the VP of SPS, and in consultation with the VP of Enrollment Management, develop community college, corporate and community partnerships, and agreements.
- Provide input to the Dean and the faculty in the School of Professional Studies to develop graduate and undergraduate degree programs, and certificate programs.
- Manage the website and social media presence for the School of Professional Studies.
- Work collaboratively with the traditional undergraduate enrollment management team and support their efforts during key initiatives.
- Assist faculty and VP with events for School of Professional Studies.
- Other duties as assigned by the VPs.
Qualifications/Prerequisites:

- Fluency in Spanish, preferred
- EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum three years of experience in higher education, preferable in admissions or advising departments.
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
