Head Women's Soccer Coach (Full-Time)
Albright College is seeking a Head Coach for Women's Soccer. The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.
This full-time position is responsible with day-to-day operations of the Women’s Soccer program. This includes on court field coaching responsibilities; fundraising for the program; off campus and on campus recruiting; manage use of Front Rush; film breakdown and scouting report preparation; skill development of players; oversee academic progress of team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the women’s soccer program with on field coaching.
- Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruits.
- Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
- Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions, focusing on student retention.
- Upload game film, breakdown game film and prepare scouting reports (both video and text).
- Organize program fundraising.
- Manage team budget.
- Maintain team social media pages.
- Promote full participation within program and all athletic events.
- Promote Albright College soccer within the community.
- Regularly communicate and correspond with alumni and friends of Albright soccer.
- Work closely with Development and Alumni Relations to support Albright soccer and maintain relationships with alumni and friends of Albright Athletics.
- Collaborate with other campus departments including Development, Admissions, College Relations, and Alumni Relations to promote soccer events and other opportunities.
- Hire, organize and supervise event staff and personnel for all home contests. This includes organizing game managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Prerequisites:
COMMUNICATION:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.
SKILLS:
- Playing and/or coaching soccer necessary.
- Computer experience in game film and recruiting databases preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish, preferred.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:
- Coaching experience at high school or college level.
EDUCATION:
- College degree or equivalent required.
LICENSES:
- Drivers license required. Child clearances required.
