Admission Recruiter (Hourly)
Albright College is seeking applications for Admission Recruiter. The Admission Recruiter is responsible for representing Albright College in conducting recruitment travel outreach and supporting the recruitment goals of Albright College and the Admission Office. The Admission Recruiter must be highly motivated, be able to communicate effectively and market the College to prospective students, parents and school counselors. The Admission Recruiter must be a strong collaborator, communicator and be able to work independently as a part of a team.

This commitment must shine through all job functions including but not limited to, recruitment of prospective students, staff training, and implementation of project areas and programs. Essential Job Functions:
- Participate in recruitment travel: attend college fairs, visit high schools, attend other programs in the designated travel region(s); evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
- Strong ability to effectively speak in public to small and large audiences with a high level of confidence and effectiveness
- Have a thorough and well-versed understanding of Albright College’s academic, athletic, and experiential offerings and curriculum
- Build relationships with prospective students, parents and school counselors met during recruitment travel by correspondence either in-person or via email/text/phone
- Create expense reports to track expenditures made during travel season
- Read applications for students from assigned travel territory
- These specific weeks and time period will be determined by the Director of Admission at Albright College.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:
1. COMMUNICATION
- Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication and organizational skills
2. SKILLS
- Diligence to work remotely and autonomously
- Interest and empathy to interact with diverse groups of students, parents, school counselors and admission professionals
- Detail oriented with good planning skills
- Personality to deliver effective presentations to a diverse audience
- Ability to carry/pull admission materials – up to 30 pounds – required
- Self-motivated to travel independently in the designated region
- Fluency in Spanish, preferred
3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
4. EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required
5. LICENSES
- Possess a valid driver’s license
