You will build and implement automations using our RPA solution and / or the Microsoft Power Platform. As an integral member of the IT team, you will also assist internal stakeholders with process improvements and automations as well as computer and application issues, based in our Bucks, Alabama manufacturing facility. What you’ll be doing:
- Review and analyze processes for automation: Evaluate processes presented for automation for fit and optimization
- Monitor and troubleshoot automations: Oversee current production automations and collaborate with other RPA developers to troubleshoot and optimize them
- Build automations: Assess processes for automation potential, complexity, suitability, and value. Design, develop, and implement automations using RPA and PowerPlatform tools, adhering to established standards
- Improve automation development processes / procedures: Manage and refine processes and procedures for automation development, focusing on improvements, automation, and streamlining
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Promptly address hardware and software issues. Collaborate with other departments to identify recurring problems and recommend solutions. Coordinate with the central IT team and vendors to resolve complex problems and implement changes. Handle IT issues for Bucks personnel, as required
- Automation ambassador: Advocate for automation capabilities, mentor new practitioners and support practitioner learning
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience in process automation, with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.
- 1+ years of experience developing RPA automations using Blue Prism and / or Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Note: There is no relocation offered for this position.
