Key Objective(s):
The main purpose of the Event Associate (Seasonal) is:
- To support the events team on event-related requests, assist with essential tasks for team members and will be responsible for administrative tasks and troubleshooting prior to, and during events when necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as support to the event team both in pre-planning and onsite at events.
- Supports the team with planning and execution on event days.
- Builds and supports uploading events.
- Set up and break down of event spaces including, but not limited to:
- Setting up/breaking down of barricades
- Setting up/breaking down of seating
- Setting up/breaking down of stage set up (in various parts of the facility)
- Setting up/breaking down of flooring on the Rink for now ice events
- Responsible for department's inventory of supplies and promotional items.
- Coordinates collection, and organization of event materials for individual events.
- Monitoring and updating event websites and event calendar.
- Maintain a working knowledge of needs on days of events.
- Communicate any issues or obstacles to the Events leadership team as soon as possible
- Helps to uphold company brand standards and guidelines when working on projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.
