Who we are looking for:

The Manager, Change Process & Quality Assurance position is responsible for instituting and monitoring procedures that protect NetSuite’s ability to perform as expected, including thorough testing procedures in adherence with SOX compliance. This position is accountable for end to end alignment on system changes from upstream in Product & Tech, and ensuring appropriate testing is completed prior to production release of changes that may impact NetSuite financials. The Manager, Change Process & Quality Assurance will also oversee quality assurance testing for changes occurring directly in NetSuite, and ensure customizations impacting accounting, finance, or payments meets the specifications of the requester. This individual is expected to have advanced technical knowledge of NetSuite, and experience working in a global, publicly traded company. Directly supervisors QA Analysts. This is an India based position.

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Establish and enforce procedures to safeguard NetSuite's data integrity, ensuring thorough testing is completed in adherence with SOX compliance.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Analyst, System Quality Assurance located in India
  • Review and approved proposed testing scenarios for all changes being tested by the QA Analysts
  • Identify and implement effective and efficient approaches to monitoring change processes, leveraging automation whenever possible
  • Institute procedures to review defect discovered in test, and any repeated test scenarios, to identify opportunities for improvement on change process
  • Analyze the success rate of identifying defects/bugs prior to production, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Stay in alignment with leaders in Product & Tech, and establish a strategies to prepare for upcoming changes
  • Stay in alignment with Financial Systems, Accounting, and Payments, and establish downstream strategies for effective and timely NetSuite testing
  • Hold Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reviews of performance metrics to appropriate leadership, and propose solutions to fill gaps
  • Support SOX Audit efforts, providing support as directed by Manager, SOX Compliance or leadership from Internal Audit
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

  •  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology required.
  • 5 years’ leadership experience directly overseeing ERP Systems, NetSuite
