We are seeking a Senior Support Administrator (Executive Support) with a dynamic skill set to support both executive-level users and the Support Walk-Up counter. This individual will act as a key technology resource for executive teams, ensuring seamless technology support, propose and implement process improvements, and maintaining focus on customer satisfaction. This person will have a strong background triaging, escalating and resolving technical requests as well as developing and implementing support strategies and processes.  The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion. The Senior Support Administrator will mentor a team that serves as a liaison between our customers and the business and engineering organizations.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver “white-glove” IT and technology support for senior leadership, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide “best in class” technical support for our internal auction platform, answering support queries in-person and remotely via multiple channels
  • Partner with the IT Asset team to manage hardware solutions for in-office workers.
  • Serve as the highest tier support for IT, triaging, resolving, or escalating technical issues for enterprise systems and applications.
  • Build and maintain personalized IT portfolios for executives, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Provide advanced support for corporate technology platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, as well as enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the executive and enterprise user experience.
  • Manage and document Helpdesk support processes, create training materials, and maintain knowledge bases for both executive and enterprise users.
  • Provide on-site and remote IT/AV support for presentations, events, and meetings, including setup of networking, telephony, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Mentor team members, ensuring consistent and efficient customer support across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and report on metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, focusing on operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and IT security compliance practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT support experience, including support for executives and enterprise users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Familiarity with video and audio conferencing technologies, including Zoom and Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Zendesk).
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems with a 24/7 user base.
  • Solid grasp of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including empathy and responsiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT-related certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or relevant specialties) preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • This is an in office / onsite position 

Compensation: $66,000.00 - $82,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.#LI-AM3
