We are currently searching for an Account Executive in Oakland, CA. In this role you will responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.
Responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing
• Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard
• Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business
• Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
• Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate,
marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required
• High school diploma recipient
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint,
etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.
• Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills
Credentials and Experience Required:
• Sales experience is required
• Mortgage experience strongly preferred
• Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance

Based upon location, experience, education, and qualifications, AE’s make a base of $24,840- $27,600 annually + commission.
