How You Will Make an Impact
- In this critical role, you will provide our patients with their first impression of ACCESS. At the front desk, you will welcome and assist patients with their check-in process and ensure their visits are efficient and comprehensive.
- Additionally, you will help guide the patient through their visit by compiling accurate patient data, completing the correct check-in workflows, process payments, schedule appointments, and more.
- As a patient advocate, you will be required to provide a high-level of customer service that directly aligns with our patient-centered medical home model.
- Support organizational goals to better assist patients and improve community health outcomes.
- Continue to grow your knowledge base with extensive training and experience with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Receptionist experience in a healthcare setting preferred, not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in computer skills required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Administrative experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

ACCESS is a Network of Federally Qualified Health Centers treating patients on the frontlines of community-based health care. Depending on position applied/being recruited for, candidates may be required to be vaccinated against communicable diseases, and provide supporting documentation proving that they are properly vaccinated, or apply for religious and/or medical vaccination exemption as a part of the application process.
