Program Manager in White Bear

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

We are is seeking a FT Program Manager for our location in White Bear Lake, MN. 
 

**This is a full time position that will serve as Program Manager and also provide personal cares to residents

Duties include record keeping, hiring/training/supervision of staff and providing personal care services to residents as needed. Must be able to problem solve, coach/train staff, provide personal cares and have excellent time management skills.

Qualifications: A four-year-degree in social services or a related field; or a two-year degree in a related field along with two years of related experience; or four years of successful experience in a related field. A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional/long-term care setting. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff and collaborate successfully and the ability to positively direct/redirect staff in work-related tasks.
