Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise equipment operators and warehouse team members. 

• Ensure product is received, placed in storage for store orders ensuring they are properly received, processed, and delivered timely to each store location. 

• Ensure safety procedures are followed by warehouse team members. 

• Accountable for employee engagement while building a positive culture. 

• Ensure warehouse is clean and organized. 

• Other duties as assigned by manager. 

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:  

• High School graduate or equivalent. 

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred. 

Required Skills and Competencies: 

• Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills. 

• Human relations skills (stress management, conflict resolution, empathy) 

• Critical thinking – applying safety, compliance, and policy to everyday situations 

• Learn and Use various computer applications (software) 

• Problem solving, adapting and responding to the unexpected 

• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 

• Leadership and supervisory skills (motivation, direction, accountability). 

• Ability to work with and take direction from managerial personnel  

• Must be flexible, willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, in all types of weather.
