The Wistar Institute has an opening for a Post-Doctoral Fellow to join the laboratory of Dr. Yulia Nefedova. The Nefedova laboratory focuses on understanding the mechanisms involved in regulation of tumor progression and therapy resistance by tumor microenvironment.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in investigating the biology of myeloid cells and their targeting in multiple myeloma and other cancer types. PhD or equivalent degree in immunology, cellular or molecular biology, or relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in myeloma/cancer immunobiology, and experience working with mouse myeloma and/or solid cancer models, flow cytometry, cell isolation, immunological techniques, mammalian cell culture, and standard molecular biology techniques.
