Caregiver Full-Time

Caregivers start at $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differentials are offered for swing and NOC shifts. 

We have two available schedules to choose from:

Schedule 1: Friday through Monday Swing (2:00-10:30pm)

Schedule 2: Friday/Saturday Swing (2:00-10:30) and Sunday/Monday Day (6:00am-2:30pm)

No experience is necessary, paid training. Ideal candidates must have the heart and dedication for serving others, as well as:

• Be committed to and passionate about customer satisfaction
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Be an outstanding team player
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent/ Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating, ability to communicate well
• Ability to respect the confidentiality of all clients/staff
• Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, volunteers, staff, and the general public
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable, ethical.
